- Due to strict quota regulations, please ensure all preferred species are available at the time of booking.
- Trophy fees payable only if shot or wounded.
- Whilst we endeavor to keep our prices fixed for the season, they can change without notice.
Daily Rates
Daily Rates Include:
- The service of a licensed professional professional hunter, trackers, skinners, and camp staff
- Full board and lodging
- All meals, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages in moderation
- Daily laundry
- Field preparation of trophies
Daily Rate Excludes:
- Trophy fees for animals harvested, wounded, or lost
- Dipping and packing of trophies
- Freight agents charge and shipping of trophies to final destination
- $150 cites tag for crocodile, elephant, and leopard
- 2% ZTA tax on daily rates
- 2% National Parks tax on trophy fees
- $100 trophy shipment trophy from hunting areas to Bulawayo
- $20 per day per hunting client utilization fee/concession fee/anti-poaching fee
- Gratuities are at the client’s discretion
- Accommodation before and after the safari
- Air and ground charters into or between hunting camps
- Any government taxes that may be imposed
- Any changes to government trophy fees
Payments
We will require full payment of daily rates with 60 days prior notice of your arrival date.
Trophy fees and other miscellaneous expenses paid for on your behalf will need to be settled on completion of your safari so that we can comply with the National Parks authorities. The requirement is that all monies are banked and essential paperwork lodged with Parks within 14 days of the completion of your safari. This ultimately circumvents any delays in the shipping of your trophies.
Indemnity
The hunting industry is a dangerous sport, and as such, all clients must comply with instructions given by him/her or any member of the group, whether a paying guest or not.
Martin Pieters Safaris accepts no liability for any injury, accident, or loss received or sustained by him/her and neither will be responsible for any expenses arising from any of the above.
Clients are advised to take out the necessary insurance to cover the possibility of any accident or loss.
Martin Pieters Safaris has no connections to the charter companies that transport our guests and shall not be held liable for any delay or loss of hunting days due to luggage or weapons being delayed or lost en route.
Weather-related delays are also not our responsibility.
